This Output Guarantee applies to eligible document workflows purchased directly through 123LegalDoc.com. It is a limited product promise about covered drafting errors in the generated document output. It is not legal advice and it is not a promise that a bank, hospital, title company, court, government agency, or any other third party will accept a document.

1. What We Cover

If the document generated by our workflow contains a material drafting error caused by our software, template logic, or state-selection logic, we will review it under these terms.

Examples of potentially covered issues include:

a required field you completed does not appear in the generated document
the document is generated for the wrong state because of our system logic
the output includes broken or duplicated drafting language caused by our workflow
a formatting or assembly error makes the downloaded document unusable

2. What We Do Not Cover

This guarantee does not cover:

whether you chose the right document, powers, agent, or legal strategy
facts, names, dates, or selections entered incorrectly by a user
changes made to the document after download
witness, notary, recording, filing, or delivery steps not completed correctly
institution-specific, court-specific, county-specific, bank-specific, or hospital-specific requirements
changes in law or agency practice after the document was generated
any legal outcome, dispute result, tax result, Medicaid result, or estate-planning result

3. Available Remedy

If we confirm that a claim is covered, our remedy will be one of the following, at our discretion:

correct the covered drafting error at no additional charge, if correction is reasonably available
refund the purchase price paid for the affected workflow

This guarantee is limited to the amount you paid for the affected workflow. It does not include consequential, incidental, special, or third-party damages.

4. How To Request Review

To request review under this guarantee:

Email support@123legaldoc.com within 30 days of purchase or download.
Include your order number, account email, state, and a short description of the issue.
Attach the generated document or screenshots showing the problem, if available.

We may ask follow-up questions so we can determine whether the issue is covered.

5. Review Standards

We review claims against the information available in your saved workflow, the generated output, and the version of our product logic that was live when the document was created.

If the issue is really a legal-fit question, a disputed fact pattern, a capacity concern, a family conflict, or an institution asking for custom language, this guarantee does not apply. Those situations usually require legal advice, not a document correction.
